"He was an activist and humanitarian (February 14, 1918 - October 3, 1996). He would have been in his 70's in this photo.

I believe this photo was taken at a Peace Rally at the State Capitol Building in Olympia, Washington in the 90's.

I removed the original background and created a new one that I thought emphasized the message."
