Chance Fate says "The youth group I help lead was given 33 candles and told they would decide if 32 or 33 of them would be lit to represent the number of victims of the Virginia Tech shootings.
Not only did they choose 33 but they created this very nice heart peace sign.
It just shows that while there may be great tragedy or evil in the world, good can still win out."
